Level 1 ( 1st year)-Team Event 1: IPE Community Cares

Learners in longitudinal teams come together to build trust as a team and start to develop relationships with community partners. While in teams they will learn about what work is underway within the Franklin County community to address health disparities and inequities and co-create resource guides for use in practice. Through these activities, students learn about and reflect on how interprofessional teams work together with community partners to advance health and wellbeing.
