Level 1 ( 1st year)-Team Event 4: IP Communication

Students prepare for the module by completing assignments designed and, if necessary, assessed by their respective educational programs. In the event, students work in interprofessional teams to seek and acquire information, learn about each other's roles and responsibilities, share evidence-based practices, practice essential interprofessional communication skills, and collaboratively develop an iterative patient-centered care plan.
