NexusIPE Leaders Forum
Senior Leaders Forum: This longitudinal learning community is designed for senior leaders in interprofessional practice and education to develop and apply advanced skills in their learning and care delivery environments.
Emerging Leader Forum: This program is designed as a longitudinal learning community for individuals committed to developing as interprofessional practice and education leaders.
Our next cohort will launch on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Priority application deadline for both programs is Friday, February 21, 2025. Learn more and register here.
Nexus Summit 2024 Seminar Showcase
The Nexus Summit Seminar Showcase is a free webinar series from the National Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education. The Seminar Showcase features the highest-rated peer-reviewed seminars offered during last year’s annual conference, the Nexus Summit 2024, and covers topics drawn from the Nexus Summit 2024 themes, presenting this excellent content to our entire audience for the first time.
Offered between February - June 2025, the Nexus Summit Seminar Showcase will provide an opportunity to learn from, with, and about the work being done to improve practice, education and health for those we serve. May 2025 Train the Trainer Program
The T3 Interprofessional Team Development Program is designed to accelerate team-based initiatives at your institution/department and grow collaborative health care leaders in academic and practice environments. You will be joined by an expert team of trainers. Hosted by The University of Texas at Austin in collaboration with the National Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education. The program will be held virtually and synchronously on May 12-15, 2025. Register by Aprill 11, 2025 and earn CEUs and a microcredential. Learn more and register here.
Moving to Action Learning Community
Join the Moving to Action Learning Community to build momentum around a local interprofessional initiative or developing partnership. As part of a national community of practice, you and teams from around the country will be learning together through the National Center’s model and tools for accelerating interprofessional work. Collaborating Across Borders IX 2025
In May 2025, the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) and Creighton University will co-host Collaborating Across Borders (CAB) in Omaha, Nebraska. CAB is the premier North American conference focused on interprofessional education and collaborative healthcare. View more information here.
Creighton University Call for Papers
The Creighton Journal of Collaborative Practice & Education is seeking submissions for their interprofessional, interdisciplinary journal devoted to the advancement of collaborative health care practice and education. CJCPE welcomes submissions that improve the knowledge and understanding of how collaborative practice contributes to improvement of health care delivery, quality of care, access to care, intersections with the humanities, and improving the health care experience for individuals, families, communities, and practitioners. AIHC Membership
As the professional community of the National Center, the American Interprofessional Health Collaborative (AIHC) contributes to better health and improved outcomes by redesigning how health care workforce is prepared and how care is organized and delivered. AIHC inspires colleagues and creates opportunities to come together, learn, and grow with a community of professionals committed to interprofessional practice and education.
Members have the opportunity to connect with other professionals in IPE, gain new knowledge through conferences and networking events, share expertise, grow through mentoring and leadership development, and drive change within educational and clinical settings.
New AIHC memberships begin on July 1, 2024 and will be valid through June 30, 2025. There are three types of memberships for AIHC:
- Professional Membership: provides full benefits of AIHC membership for one professional
- Student Membership: provides benefits of AIHC student membership for one student
- Institutional Membership: receive five AIHC memberships for colleagues at your institution for the price of four
